Instructions
1. Prepare the Meatballs
In a large bowl, mix together:
- Ground beef
- Onion
- Garlic
- Egg
- Breadcrumbs
- Worcestershire sauce
- Italian seasoning
- Paprika
- Salt and pepper
Mix until just combined (donโt overmix or they get tough).
2. Stuff the Meatballs
- Take a small portion of meat, flatten it in your hand.
- Place a cheese cube in the center.
- Wrap the meat around it and roll into a firm ball.
- Repeat with all meatballs.
3. Sear the Meatballs
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
