Ingredients

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Meatballs

In a large bowl, mix together:

  • Ground beef
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Egg
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Italian seasoning
  • Paprika
  • Salt and pepper

Mix until just combined (donโ€™t overmix or they get tough).

2. Stuff the Meatballs

  • Take a small portion of meat, flatten it in your hand.
  • Place a cheese cube in the center.
  • Wrap the meat around it and roll into a firm ball.
  • Repeat with all meatballs.

3. Sear the Meatballs

  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
