  • 4 cups frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed

  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1½ cups milk
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon butter or oil (for greasing dish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or oil.
  2. Layer the potatoes evenly in the bottom of the prepared dish.
  3. Add the ham over the potatoes, spreading it evenly.
  4. Sprinkle cheese and green onions over the ham.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until well combined.
