Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven
    Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin pan.
  2. Make the Meat Mixture
    In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, bell pepper, garlic, eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and parsley. Mix gently until just combined (do not overmix).
  3. Fill Muffin Pan
    Divide the meat mixture evenly among the muffin cups, pressing lightly to shape.
  4. Prepare the Glaze
    In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Add Glaze
    Spoon glaze generously over each meatloaf muffin.
  6. Bake
    Bake for 25โ€“30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160ยฐF (71ยฐC).
  7. Rest & Serve
    Let rest for 5 minutes before removing from the pan. Serve warm.
