Instructions
1. Prepare the Filling
In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, egg, olive oil, chopped tentacles, salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Mix until moist but not wet.
2. Stuff the Calamari

Heat olive oil in a wide pan over medium heat.
